TTL Serial Stepper Motor Driver

This ZK-SMC01 stepper motor controller provides TTL serial communication capability alongside manual and automatic operation modes. It accepts DC 5–30 V power, drives common-cathode stepper motors on a single axis, and features an LCD screen for local configuration. Key specifications include speed control from 0.1 to 999 RPM, forward and reverse pulse ranges of 1–9999, delay timing resolution down to 0.1 second (0.0–999.9 s), and cycle repetition up to 9999 times. All user-defined parameters persist through power cycles. Acceleration and deceleration profiles are supported, and the unit includes reverse polarity protection on power inputs. Designed for industrial environments between –5°C and 60°C, it is housed in plastic and ships as a ready-to-integrate control module.
