A compact, manually operated 3-stage knife sharpener integrating tungsten steel, industrial diamond coating, and fine ceramic — each assigned to a specific sharpening function. Dimensions: 22.5 × 6.5 × 4.5 cm; weight: 380 g. Outer shell: durable ABS plastic rated for thermal and impact resistance. Stage 1: diamond-coated rod for aggressive grinding of blunt or damaged edges. Stage 2: solid tungsten steel disc for reshaping warped or bent edges. Stage 3: ceramic rod for polishing and micro-honing. Base includes a rigid rustproof metal plate fused with a high-grip rubber mat. Suitable for chef’s knives, paring knives, slicing knives, boning knives, fruit knives and utility scissors. Symmetrically designed for intuitive use by both left- and right-handed individuals.
