ULP1812-50 NSF RO Membrane

Compact 1812-format reverse osmosis membrane: 300 mm × 60 mm. Delivers 50 gallons per day (0.19 m³/day) nominal permeate flow. Active surface area: 3.5 ft² (0.32 m²). Operates safely up to 45°C feed water temperature. Requires feed water with ≤ 0.1 ppm free chlorine. Manufactured using polymer-based thin-film composite (TFC) technology. Certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 58. Supplied in dry state for enhanced shelf stability. Compatible with all standard 1812 membrane pressure vessels used in residential and light-commercial RO systems. Engineered with an advanced thin-layer composite structure that maintains high ion rejection rates — particularly effective against calcium, magnesium carbonates, and heavy metal contaminants — even when feed water TDS exceeds 500 ppm. Lower surface fouling characteristics reduce cleaning frequency and associated chemical usage over the membrane’s operational lifetime. Ideal for end-point purification in homes, aquariums, clinics, research benches, and small-scale industrial feed water circuits. Deployed across diverse applications including domestic drinking water treatment, freshwater aquarium mineral control, laboratory ultrapure water pre-filtration, hospital dialysis prep, boiler feed softening, food-grade rinse water, and pharmaceutical process water — wherever compact size, NSF assurance, and predictable 50GPD output are essential.
