Ultra Fine Mist Nozzle for Dry Fog Solutions

Ultra atomization nozzles operate in two stages. In the first stage, the liquid is mixed with compressed air to create initial atomization and eject droplets from the nozzle. Upon contact with the ultrasonic generator located at the nozzle tip, the droplets undergo a second stage of micro-atomization, resulting in a significantly finer mist. The key advantage lies in the integrated ultrasonic generator at the nozzle front. As the fluid impacts the metal surface at high speed, the ultrasonic generator vibrates at high frequency, further breaking down the droplets for enhanced atomization. Compared to conventional two-fluid nozzles, this design delivers a more uniform droplet size distribution and superior atomization performance.
