Universal LCD TV Backlight Driver 40W Max Output

A dedicated constant current driver board for servicing LED backlights in 10–65 inch LCD TVs. Size: approx. 110 × 50 mm (4.33 × 1.97 in); PCB colour: green with black/yellow text; supplied as one unit, no retail box or accessories. Input voltage range: 10–28V DC; output voltage: 5–165V DC, generated via fixed 1:7.5 boost (e.g., 12V → 80V, 24V → 160V). LED current: factory-set to 248mA, extendable to 600mA using an onboard jumper. Maximum output power: 40W. Thermal design validated at 85°C ambient with +30°C rise at 40°C ambient. Dimming is reverse-active on ADJ pin: ground = full brightness; 0–3V applied = linear dimming (0V = brightest, ≥2.2V = very low, ≥3V = output disabled). EN (enable) pin must be grounded when not in use — floating EN may result in undefined behaviour or repeated soft-start cycles. Inputs clearly marked: VCC, GND, EN, ADJ; outputs: LED+ and LED− with polarity indicators.
