UV Resistant Foldable Spring Safety Pad

This trampoline spring cover is compatible with round frames ranging from 32 to 60 inches in diameter. Each size variant maintains a uniform 1.5 cm thickness and uses identical layered construction: abrasion-resistant Oxford cloth face, waterproof PE backing, and high-density closed-cell sponge core. Weight scales proportionally with size — from 0.8 kg (32") up to 1.6 kg (60"). It acts as a physical buffer between jumpers and exposed springs/frame hardware, reducing pinch and impact injuries. The closed-cell foam remains dimensionally stable and buoyant when wet, while UV stabilisers embedded in both cloth and PE layers inhibit fading and embrittlement — essential for sustained outdoor exposure across UK seasons. Installation involves looping durable woven straps around the frame’s support structure; no drilling, adhesives, or accessories required. Cleaning requires only a soft brush or damp cloth. When not in use, the pad folds flat without foam fatigue or permanent creasing — simplifying winter storage or relocation between gardens.
