Sotya's V-FOS is a formula that regulates the digestive process and the intestine. Fructooligosaccharides as insoluble fiber, have highly beneficial properties for any individual. It provides a feeling of satiety, which prevents excesses in meals, or eating between meals, thus reducing the production of gases and acidity. On the other hand, fructooligosaccharides accelerate the passage of food through the digestive system, thus avoiding intestinal discomfort and stool putrefaction. A third action of this fiber is the protection of the intestinal flora, since these microorganisms, so necessary, feed on the compounds released by the fiber during digestion. It is recommended to take 1 or 2 tablets 3 times a day, before meals. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.
