Virtual COM Port Cash Drawer Trigger

The BT-100U is a black plastic USB adapter that bridges standard cash drawers to computers using virtual COM port emulation. With no external power source needed, it operates entirely from USB 2.0 bus power. Installation uses signed VCP drivers that present the device as a native serial port (e.g., COM5) — invisible to POS software as anything other than a traditional RS232 interface. Unique per-unit serial identification allows the driver to manage multiple BT-100U modules on one PC without port collisions. Works with all common cash drawer command types (TTL pulse, ASCII ESC/POS, DTR/DSR toggles), requiring no hardware modification or command set translation. Package includes only the BT-100U module — no cables or accessories.
