Washable Reusable Foam Filter Pad

This replacement foam filter pad set includes one blue fine-pore sponge and two black coarse-pore sponges, designed for pond filtration systems. Each sponge is dimensionally compatible with standard media filter housings (exact dimensions not specified in source; verify fit before purchase). Made from resilient open-cell polyurethane foam, the sponges maintain structural integrity after repeated rinsing. The fine sponge captures suspended particles and micro-debris, while the coarse sponges trap larger organic matter like leaves, algae clumps, and fish waste — enabling staged mechanical filtration. Together, they support consistent water flow with reduced frequency of blockages, extending service intervals between maintenance. Ideal for use in pressurised filter units, external canister filters, or custom-built pond filtration chambers where layered media is employed.
