Waterproof Insulated Lunch Backpack

Measuring 30 x 18 x 45 cm and weighing only 0.95 kg, this 20-litre cooler backpack combines lightweight portability with robust thermal performance. The outer shell is 1680D waterproof Oxford fabric; the interior features a food-safe PEVA liner and 8 mm EPE foam insulation. Seamless heat-pressed seams ensure full leak resistance, while two external side pockets add functional storage for water bottles or small gear. Thermal efficiency comes from layered insulation — the dense EPE foam resists conductive heat gain, while the PEVA layer blocks moisture ingress and prevents condensation from compromising insulation integrity. The backpack form factor supports stable load carriage across varied terrain. Used successfully for weekend camping in the Lake District, seaside lunches in Brighton, urban commutes with packed meals, and family barbecues in local parks — consistently delivering dry, cool transport for perishables and beverages without requiring external power or ice refills.
