Waves Against the Shore

Waves Against the Shore is a fictional story about mental health with a light science fiction setting. Rebecca experiences memories of early humanity searching for the catalyst to the cultural changing event known as the breaking. The memories are from a man with schizo-affective disorder named Richard. Follow them both as each struggles with how they live and more importantly who they are. Written by an author on his own recovery journey. Waves Against the Shore includes sections that are based on entirely true events related to psychosis. The book served as a way to crystalize some of the lessons and feelings the author has experienced over the last five years.
