WC8126Z Spa Filter Air Vent Kit 4 Pcs

This 4-piece WC8126Z air bleed kit delivers authentic replacement fittings engineered for seamless integration into StaRite PTM50, PTM70, PTM100 and DE-series (DEP36–DEPB831) spa and pool filter housings. Each unit conforms precisely to original dimensional tolerances—including thread diameter, pitch, shoulder length and vent orifice placement—to ensure full mechanical and functional equivalence. Constructed using UV-stabilised, chlorine-resistant polymers or corrosion-inhibiting metal alloys appropriate to application context. Their core purpose is passive and manual air removal: as water enters the filter housing, rising air naturally migrates to the highest point—where these bleeders provide a controlled exit path. This maintains hydraulic continuity, prevents flow stuttering, and protects pump impellers from air ingestion. Installation follows standard UK pool technician practice: isolate circuit, bleed pressure, remove old unit, install new—typically completed in under five minutes per fitting. Use cases span domestic spa owners performing biannual servicing, holiday let operators preparing properties pre-season, and municipal pool teams maintaining multiple legacy systems—where predictable, stockable parts minimise unplanned closures and simplify procurement across mixed-age equipment fleets.
