Dimensions and tolerances match original S9, S12, S9 Pro and S12 Pro wearable breast pump specifications. The diaphragm flexes under vacuum to create an airtight barrier — essential for sustaining continuous suction during hands-free wear. The valve opens only under pressure differential to channel milk into the bottle base, then closes to prevent reverse flow or air entry. Both parts degrade gradually with use; replacement restores full functionality. Sterilise safely using UK-standard methods: steam sterilisers, boiling water (submerged ≤10 minutes), or microwave steam bags. Hand-wash with lukewarm soapy water and air-dry flat. Replace every 2–3 months — or earlier if suction feels weaker, rhythm changes, or parts show visible deformation.
