A robust 2-piece hinge adjustment solution built from welded metal for consistent performance and resistance to bending or twisting during real-world use. Each tool is approximately 12 cm long and features a balanced weight distribution and tactile grip surface. Intended exclusively for flag hinge systems installed on regulated door types including fire doors (BS 476 / EN 1634 compliant), cleanroom doors requiring particle-free operation, and security-rated perimeter doors. Adjustment mechanism relies on direct rotational force transfer: anticlockwise turns increase door-to-frame clearance, clockwise turns reduce it — allowing millimetre-level control over vertical, horizontal, and compression alignment. The geometry supports stable contact with hinge knuckles even at extreme angles or shallow access depths.
