Whole couscous from Salud Viva is an ideal dish for a balanced diet with an exotic touch and simple preparation, since it can be cooked in its traditional pot called couscous or in a common pot. It is a good source of nutrients, in particular proteins that help to increase and preserve muscle mass. It is advisable to put approximately 60 g of couscous per serving in a container.
