FILTERED PARTICLES:Wound filter cartridges are ideal for retaining all suspended particles with a diameter greater than 25 microns. Used in pre-filtration on a domestic or industrial water network, these cartridges will effectively capture all the following particles:- Sand- Mud- Dust- Clay- Tartar- Rust- Algae- Pollens- Organic particles--------- -APPLICATIONS: With a standard size of 9'' for a diameter of 2.5'', the filter cartridges will adapt to most of your filtration or pumping installations. You will be able to equip the Eco Home cartridges in the vast majority of: - Filtration devices - Water softeners - Reverse osmosis units - Aquarium filters ----------INSTALLATION STEPS: 1) Switch off your supply water.2) Open your filter holder casing using a release key. 3) Remove the used filter cartridge and check the condition of the interior of the bowls containing the filters. 4) Install your new filter then close the bowls without insisting too much when tightening everything. 5) You can turn the water supply back on and check that everything is working properly. It is recommended to change the filter as soon as the need arises. The life of the filter cartridges is between 6 and 12 months depending on the initial turbidity of the treated water.
