The voltages of the input power supply should be at least 1Voltage higher than the battery's charging cut-off voltages, otherwise it will not charge. For example, the charging cut-off voltages of a 12V acided battery is 13.8V. At this time, the input power supply must be a power supply of 14.8V or more. 16V, 19V, and 24V all OK. Adjust the charging voltages: Do not connect the battery first, use multimeter to monitoring the voltages at the battery end of the module, and adjust the potentiometer on board to make the charging voltages meet the requirements of the battery used. Turn clockwise to reduce the charging voltages, and counterclockwise to increase it.
