XR-A901 Tone Board Preamp Module

The XR-A901 is a compact tone control preamplifier board measuring approximately 65 × 45 × 20 mm and weighing around 45 g. It is constructed with standard PCB material and high-quality potentiometers for reliable operation. The unit features three independent rotary controls — bass, treble, and volume — each offering smooth, analog adjustment across a wide range. It operates on a DC 12 V power supply (not included) and is designed for low-noise signal conditioning prior to amplification. Compatible with common amplifier boards including TDA2030, LM386, and Class D modules, it accepts line-level input from turntables (with built-in RIAA preamp or external phono stage), CD players, DACs, and other audio sources. Ideal for home theatre setups where precise tonal shaping enhances movie dialogue clarity and bass impact; equally suited for small studio monitoring or live sound reinforcement where real-time EQ adjustment compensates for room acoustics or source imbalance.
