anxiety can be very scary without a true understanding of what it is or what it means. zoe and i worked together on this latest addition to the zoe series to really help children and families and everyone understand how to identify and cope with anxiety. our goal in the book is to build a healthy emotional vocabulary that can be helpful in creating positive dialogue and communication about anxiety and other emotions. we not only want to discuss anxiety in a positive way but also provide actual coping tools to help our readers understand how to implement these skills in their daily lives. our hope is that with each book our readers gain a better understanding about their emotions to help with positive communication and self-expression of thoughts and feelings to others in a meaningful way. we hope as always that this book will be a valuable tool to children, families, and professionals to engage in the therapeutic process and shine a positive light on support for mental health struggles. remember, nothing is impossible, the word itself says "i'm possible". we hope you enjoy. thank you, zoe and trisha!
